About the Position

We are looking for a method technician for our client in Eskilstuna. Do you have a background in vehicle technology and want to take the next step in your career? Then this could be something for you. The role involves identifying and writing various methods together with the writer. Your day-to-day work is varied; one day you may be working on the prototype, and the next day you may be proofreading the method. We are looking for someone who understands how heavy vehicles work and can empathize with the mechanics' perspective.

The start date for the position is negotiable. You will work as a consultant through us at Cleverex Bemanning. Afterward, there is a possibility of being permanently hired by the client.

Responsibilities

In this role, the technician is responsible for developing and quality-assuring methods and instructions for the service and maintenance of heavy vehicles and machines. The work involves collecting data, conducting method studies, verifying work steps, and assessing technical time requirements. The role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally. You will also:

• Contribute technical solutions that improve serviceability and maintenance capabilities
• Maintain close dialogue with development, aftermarket, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that methods comply with relevant legal requirements and standards

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has work experience as a mechanic, heavy vehicle technician, service technician, production technician, or similar
• Has an understanding and can read 3D and 2D drawings
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with CAD is a plus

For this role, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We believe that the right person for this role is an individual with excellent systematic skills, as you will be working methodically. We believe you have an interest in vehicles and enjoy hands-on work, as this may be part of the job. You are also pedagogical and meticulous in your work.
